Pineapple Rice with Seafood

2 Cups Cap Anggur Beras Super Rice
8 pcs Shrimps
Cooking Oil
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
Onion (Sliced)
1 Egg (Beaten)
Oyster Sauce
1 Big Pineapple (Minced or diced)
Chillies (Sliced)



1. Clean and peel the shrimps
2. Sauté garlic and onion till soft then add in the shrimps. Cook till shrimps turn red
3. Add beaten egg, oyster sauce, pineapple, and rice. Stir evenly and turn off fire
4. Stir in sliced chillies
5. Serve on half a hollowed-out pineapple shell
