1 Chicken (Cleaned)
Salt (To taste)
Simpur/Tarap leaf



1. In a rice cooker, put in the chicken and the white rice. Add salt to taste
2. When it is cooked, take out the chicken and shred it into small pieces to be used as filling
3. Wrap the rice with the chicken filling in the Simpur / Tarap leaf
4. Serve while it’s hot
