Korean Style Bibimbap Mix Rice

2 cups of Cap Anggur Beras Super Rice
1 pack Ground Beef
Garlic (Crushed)
1 Bowl Bean Sprouts (Blanched)
2 Cucumbers (Slice thinly)
2 Carrots (Sliced thinly)
1 Bunch Spinach (Sautéed with garlic)
10 Dried Shiitake Mushroom (Soaked and then sautéed with garlic)
1 Bowl Kimchi (Sliced thinly)
1 Lettuce (Sliced thinly)
1 Egg (Poached)
Sesame Seeds (White and black)
Spring onions (Chopped)



1. After rice is cooked, put in a deep serving bowl
2. Put the poached egg in the center then arrange the other toppings around the egg
3. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions before serving
