Coconut rice with Mango cuts

Ingredients:

2 cups of Cap Anggur Beras Super Rice
3 cups Coconut Milk
3 tbsp Crushed Palm Sugar or Soft Brown Sugar
A pinch of Salt
2 Mangoes (Peeled and diced)

Directions:

  1. Mix rice, coconut milk, sugar and salt together in a saucepan.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  3. Spoon into serving dishes and top with diced mango.
