Chinese Style Chicken Porridge

2 cups of Golden Peonies Beras Wangi AAA rice
Plenty of water
Chicken seasoning



1 Century eggs (cut into 4)
1 Can of salted fish with black bean (chopped)
1 Can of sour pickle
2 dried shitake mushroom (soaked then slice)
Spring onion (chopped)
Soya sauce
Cut chilies with soy sauce



1. Cook the rice on deep pot with plenty of water. Keep adding water till it become soft
2. Add chicken seasoning and stir evenly
3. Serve the porridge with all sides
