Basmathi Rice Pancakes

Ingredients:

50gm Sella Cream Beras Basmathi Rice (Cooked)
1 Egg
20gm Grated Carrot
0.5gm Spring Onion
20gm Shredded Cabbage
2 pcs Chopped Green Chilli
100 gm Flour
0.2 gm Tumeric Powder
0.2 gm Curry Powder
0.2 gm Chopped Coriander (Leaves)
Salt & Pepper
Water

 

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a batter
2. Heat up a non-stick pan
3. Pour a ladle or spoon of the batter into the pan
4. Flip and ensure both sides are cooked
5. Dish up and serve

Enjoy this with any kind of chutney or chilli sauce
